Creating a wis4d account requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment details. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. wis4d will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication method outside the secure login page. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. In the event of unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security, wis4d bears no liability for any losses incurred. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available) and using strong, unique passwords.
wis4d supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and e-wallet payments via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern financial transactions:
wis4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or service charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during financial transactions.

Bonuses are available to eligible users as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method. Users found abusing promotional offers through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or rollover requirements) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires you to wager the bonus amount twenty times before converting it to withdrawable cash. Bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by our system and visible in your betting history. Bets placed due to system errors, incorrect odds, or technical malfunctions are void regardless of the outcome. wis4d reserves the right to void any bet if we determine it was accepted in error or resulted from a system defect.
Each betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. Minimum stakes typically range from Rp 1,000 to Rp 10,000, while maximum stakes vary by event popularity and market liquidity. wis4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are available within each game's information panel. In the event of technical malfunctions during casino gameplay, all affected bets are void and stakes refunded.
Lottery results are determined by official draw outcomes from licensed international lottery providers. Draw times are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Bets placed after the official draw cut-off time are automatically rolled over to the next draw. wis4d is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party lottery results but will work to resolve discrepancies in good faith.

wis4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or regulatory compliance requirements. Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are subject to the same withdrawal and forfeiture conditions as involuntary terminations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of wis4d services shall be resolved through the following process:

If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Mediation costs shall be borne equally by both parties.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
